Wah Ma Chemical Sdn Bhd is a factory which manufacturing for BMC or DMC Molding compound (thermoset material), Polester Moulding Compound, Diallyl Phthalate Molding Compound(DAP), Phenolic Moulding Compound (Bakelite powder), Melamine powder, Epoxy resin and Polyester resin for Electronic casting or Encapsulation eg: Ballasts, Capacitor, Epoxy for prepreg & lamination, Flooring epoxy.
BMC compound is a fiber reinforced thermosetting precision molding material. It can provide more outstanding properties than metal or plastic by the way of professional formula. It can handle high heat impact, more than 2000C without significant change on it dimension, low shrinkage, high dielectric strength..etc.
We have vast experience on BMC molding compound on differences industries e.g. Automotive (headlamp reflector), Automobile, Electrical components (circuit breaker, busbar,terminal board), OA machine뭩 components and Cookware.
Wah Ma Chemical also having a few compression & injection thermoset molding machine. We can also providing molding parts to our customer on BMC,DMC,SMC or Phenolic (Bakelite Powder) materials.
We also have another trading company in Malaysia, Hightech Polymer Sdn Bhd, which is dealing with Industrial Material, including printing material, printed circuit board and CCL, packaging material, high performance fiber reinforced material, fiber reinforce material (carbon fibre, Glass fiber, Plastic fiber), opto electronic material, plastic raw material, LCD Monitor & machinery (plastic robotic arm) as well.
Hightech Polymer & Wah Ma Chemical is a subsidiary company of Wah Lee Group which is a listed company in Taiwan.
